1. About us

The site is operated by PARTYSHARTY TA FAIRPRICE LTD, trading as Bash Box, registered office 82-84 Queens Road Bishopsworth, BS13 8PQ, England. Contact support@partafai.shop.

2. Products

We sell themed party-in-a-box kits containing decorations, tableware, balloons, banners, props and LED ambience, plus optional memberships. All prices are in USD and include applicable item pricing shown at checkout; shipping is added at checkout.

3. Prohibited items we never sell or ship

To keep every order safe and compliant, Bash Box does not sell or ship:

• Fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers or any pyrotechnic item — we use LED and electronic ambience instead.
• Open-flame candles — we supply flameless LED candles only.
• Alcohol or alcoholic drinks — any drinks content is a printed mocktail recipe card only, with ingredients supplied by you.
• Knives, replica weapons or other dangerous props.

4. Child safety

Balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8. Keep uninflated or burst balloons away from young children and ensure adult supervision. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Safety warnings are shown on product pages and apply to every order.

5. No food or alcohol fulfilment

Kits contain no food or drink. Mocktail recipe cards are creative paper suggestions only; you supply and prepare any ingredients and are responsible for food safety and allergens.

6. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 to place an order; those aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent. Child-themed kits are intended for adult purchasers.

7. Orders and pricing

Displaying a product is an invitation to purchase, not an offer. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel and refund. All amounts are in USD.

8. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Our statement descriptor is BASH BOX.

9. Memberships

Memberships are recurring subscriptions with no points, credits or stored value. Benefits reset each period, do not roll over and hold no cash value. You may cancel anytime; benefits continue until the end of the current period. See Refund & Returns.

11. AI Party Kit Builder

Builder recommendations are guidance only; you are responsible for reviewing your final selection. See the AI Disclaimer.

12. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. You use decorations and party items at your own risk and must follow the safety guidance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
