Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns window

You may return unopened, unused kits within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Kits must be in their original, resalable condition with all components included.

2. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your box arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong items, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@partafai.shop with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping where the fault is ours.

3. Items we cannot accept back

• Opened or partially used kits, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
• Personalised or custom-printed items (for example branded invitations), unless faulty.

4. How to start a return

Email support@partafai.shop with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

5. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover it. Use a tracked service where possible; we can't refund items lost in return transit without proof of postage.

6. Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. All refunds are in USD.

7. Cancellations before dispatch

If you contact us before your order is dispatched, we can usually cancel and refund in full.

8. Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time; it will not renew and your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Because membership benefits (discounts and mini-packs) are consumed within each period, part-periods already started are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence or under England and Wales.
