When will my box arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Full timings are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I return a kit?
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge. See the Refund & Returns policy.
Are the kits safe for children?
Balloons are a choking risk for children under 8 — keep uninflated or burst balloons away from young children and supervise. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
Do the kits include fireworks, candles or alcohol?
No. We never sell or ship fireworks, sparklers, open-flame candles or alcohol. Ambience is LED and flameless; any drinks content is a mocktail recipe card only.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are pure subscriptions with no points or stored value. Benefits reset each period and don't roll over. You can cancel anytime and keep benefits until the period ends.
