Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and selected EU countries. All pricing and shipping charges are in USD.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons this may extend slightly; we'll email you if there is any delay.

3. Delivery estimates

• Domestic (order's destination country): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Estimates are guidance, not guarantees, and exclude carrier or customs delays.

4. Shipping cost

A flat standard shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment. Membership tiers may include a shipping waiver as described on the Membership page.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee.

6. Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, we'll email it after dispatch so you can follow your box to the door.

7. Delivery addresses

Please enter an accurate shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Contact us quickly at support@partafai.shop if you spot a mistake.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

If your box hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. What's in the box

Kits contain decorations, tableware and LED ambience only — no fireworks, open-flame candles, alcohol or food. Please review the safety notes on each product page on arrival.
