Content License

1. Content you upload

If you upload a photo or logo — for example to personalise a branded invitation — you keep ownership of it. You grant Bash Box a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, resize and print that content solely to provide the service you requested.

2. Retention of uploads

Uploaded images are cached only as long as needed to fulfil your request and are cleared after 30 days by default. You can ask us to delete them sooner at support@partafai.shop.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights or use licensed characters, brands, logos or copyrighted artwork. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Our content

All site text, product photography, illustrations and branding are owned by PARTYSHARTY TA FAIRPRICE LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without obligation to you.
