Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited items — never sold or shipped

To keep every order safe and within payment-network rules, Bash Box does not sell, list or ship any of the following:

• Fireworks and pyrotechnics: fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers or similar. We substitute LED and electronic ambience (for example LED celebration sticks and fairy lights).
• Open-flame candles: replaced by flameless LED candles only.
• Alcohol: no alcoholic drinks. Any drinks content is a printed mocktail recipe card only; you supply the (non-alcoholic) ingredients.
• Food and drink: kits contain no consumable food or beverages.
• Dangerous props: no knives, blades, replica or imitation weapons.
• Regulated or restricted goods: no tobacco, vapes, drugs, supplements, medical devices, weapons or age-restricted regulated products.

2. Child safety

Balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8. Keep uninflated or burst balloons away from young children and supervise. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

3. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not use the site unlawfully or fraudulently.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or that is unlawful when using tools such as branded invitations. You must own or have rights to any image or logo you upload.
• Do not resell our products in a way that removes required safety warnings.

4. No third-party brands or IP

Our kits and content do not use licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities, luxury marks, platform logos or copyrighted artwork, and we do not offer “inspired by” or look-alike items. Do not request such items.

5. Enforcement

We may refuse or cancel orders, and suspend access, where this policy is breached. Serious misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
